We want you to be satisfied with Career360Pro. This policy explains when refunds are available for subscriptions and one-time purchases.
If you are not satisfied with a Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
One-time downloads and Premium Packs are refundable within 14 days provided the primary deliverable has not been used, unless the purchase is defective.
Recurring renewals are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to prevent future charges.
Email destek.bozdemir@icloud.com with your account email and order reference. Refunds are processed via Polar to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
