By accessing or using Career360Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Career360Pro provides AI-powered resume analysis, ATS scoring, job-description matching, resume tailoring, cover letters, interview prep, LinkedIn optimization and document generation. Results are guidance only and do not guarantee employment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.
Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed through our payment processor, Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
You may not misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or use it to violate the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the resume content you provide. Career360Pro retains all rights to the platform, templates, and software.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career360Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
